A lovely vintage 1950s to early 60s party cocktail dress. Off white cotton lace tiers set on acetate base. Light blue satin wide bow band set at the high waist, just below bust. No straps, not boned. very pretty, chic and simple silhouette. Column skirt with back pleat. Hidden back metal zipper. Unlined- may want to wear with a slip.
